General Information

We will need 1 to 2 business days (excluding Weekends & Public Holiday) to process your parcel. Mailing timeframe given below is on top of the processing lead time given.

Please note that the following information provided should be accurate for all shipping to prevent any delays of the delivery.

• Accurate and clear registered address for shipping/delivery, address should include but not limited to “Country/Region”, “Street address”, “Town/City”, “Postal code/Zip” and all other required details.
• Address should not exceed the character limits to comply with shipping label constraints.
• Shipping addresses for China: 中国 (Zhōngguó), Japan: 日本 (Nihon/Nippon) and South Korea: 대한민국 (Daehanminguk) or 한국 (Hanguk) must be in the local language due to shipping partner requirements.

For all Personalized and Customized items, there maybe an additional production lead time of 1 to 3 business days as each product (e.g. canvas, cards) are designed and made individually.

Please note that the following additional information provided should be accurate to prevent any delays of the delivery for personalized items.

• Personalized message (e.g. name, dates, message) for customizable product should be clear and meet product requirements.
• Photo uploaded for customizable product should meet the design (e.g. square, landscape, portrait) and clarity (e.g. 2,800 x 2,800 pixel high definition photo) requirements.

Worldwide Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Following is a list of countries that we ship together with the estimate delivery time and cost of shipping (USD). All Shipping Fee and Options for each items are calculated “live” during product check out.

*Delivery times and shipping costs are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. For personalized items, the delivery time maybe longer. You will see the final costs and delivery times at checkout. Processing time and personalization process lead time is not included in the calculation of the avg. delivery time.

For customized/personalized order, items will only be post out after personalized production is completed, thus do expect an additional delivery time of approx. 1 to 3 business days, as each products are personalized at the time of your purchase to make it extra special for you.

For shipping of more than 1 item during each order, an additional shipping fee, but at a lower per item shipping fee maybe applied.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Will my gift be sent up to the receiver in the building?

All deliveries will generally left with the reception at your address provided, or at your doorstep, if not, the item will be sent to a designated post office nearby and receiver will need to collect the item from post office. 

What time will my item be delivered?

For deliveries shipped via courier service, delivery time by courier service will generally be from 9:30am to 8:30pm (Mon-Fri). 

Can I change my delivery date?

Changes of delivery date will not be possible, as all delivery is proceeded at the time of your payment, do take note of the “estimated delivery” at the time of your payment for the estimated delivery date.

Can I change my Customization Details After Confirmed my Purchasing?

As your order is processed within 12 hours of order confirmation, changes of customized / personalized message (Name, Date, Message) and/or Photos to an order cannot be made after confirmation of your purchase. Please double check your order during checkout before submitting the order.

What happens if I have provided a wrong address?

On a rare case, where our vendors are unable to attempt the delivery due to the wrong address with a wrong contact given, the delivery may be reattempted but with additional charges. Charges would vary depending on vendor. The delivery may also be reattempted on the next day instead as it depends on the delivery slot. In this scenario, kindly note that no refund is possible.

What happens if a wrong item have been delivered?

While our delivery partners are world-class, sometimes mistakes so still happen, in the unlikely occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within seven days and a replacement will be shipped to you at no extra charges.

Can I choose the courier service provider for my item?

To ensure you receive your item at the earliest date possible, courier services are chosen by algorithm, thus we are not able to allow customers to choose their preferred courier, nonetheless do be assured that your item is in safe hands.
